Refund Policy

In case you wish to cancel your registration, no refund would be awarded. But, the registration tag can be transmitted to another person who is keen to join the yatra.
In case of cancelation of Yatra from our end due to any reason, the contribution amount is fully-refundable except the payment gateway fees.
In case of rejection, the contribution amount will be refunded. (except the 2% payment gateway fees.)

एक बार रजिस्ट्रेशन होने के पश्चात रिफंड नहीं दिया जायेगा मगर आप चाहें तो अपना रजिस्ट्रेशन किसी और को हस्तांतरित कर सकते है जिसकी पूर्व सूचना देनी आवश्यक है।
अगर किसी कारणवश यात्रा निरस्त होती है तो कंट्रीब्यूशन राशि का पूरा भुगतान वापिस कर दिया जायेगा। पेमेंट गेटवे को दी गयी फीस का भुगतान संभव नहीं होगा।
अगर किसी कारणवश आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन स्वीकार नहीं होता है तो आपके कंट्रीब्यूशन अमाउंट राशि लौटा दी जाएगी (2% पेमेंट गेटवे की फीस का भुगतान नहीं किया जायेगा)
