NOTES

Inclusions: Your package includes accommodation, meals, and access to all sessions and satsangs from the morning of December 6th to the morning of December 9th (3 nights).
Exclusions: Please note that travel to and from the venue, any additional services from the hotel, activities outside the schedule, and anything not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.
Timings: Check-in: 12 PM on December 6th | Check-out: 11:30 AM on December 9th.
Early Arrival: If you wish to arrive a day or two earlier at the hotel, please inform us by emailing at info@rajasthankabiryatra.org. We’ll guide you.
Refund Policy: Kindly note that the contribution amount you pay is non-refundable. If you are unable to participate, please notify us well in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list who is eager to join. If the slot gets filled, we can process a refund. Therefore, we encourage you not to keep your registration in suspense for a long time. You also have the option to transfer your registration to another individual. Price: ₹17,000 per head (+ 2% payment gateway fees)

Experience a cozy and comfortable stay in suite rooms of the fort, with separate beds for three fellow participants. These occupancies are fit for family & friends
The triple occupancies will be separate for males and females if booked by different individuals.
The rooms are equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television, and bathroom facilities, along with housekeeping services.
Each room varies in size and shape, featuring its own unique heritage style and theme.

Plan B: Duo Delight

Price: ₹21,000 per head (+ 2% payment gateway fees)

Twin beds are available.
