NOTES

Inclusions: Your package includes accommodation, meals, and access to all sessions and satsangs from June 14th morning to June 17th morning (3 nights).
Exclusions: Please note that travel to and from the venue, any additional services from the venue, activities outside the schedule, and anything not mentioned in the inclusions are not covered.
Early Arrival: If you wish to arrive a day or two earlier at the venue, Please inform us by emailing at info@rajasthankabiryatra.org . We’ll guide you.

Refund Policy: Kindly note that the contribution amount you pay is non-refundable. If you are unable to participate, please notify us well in advance. This allows us to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list who is eager to join. If the slot gets filled, we can process a refund. Therefore, we encourage you not to keep your registration in suspense for a long time. You also have the option to transfer your registration to another individual. Plan A: Dormitory

Price: ₹10500 per head

Reside in our comfortable and budget friendly dormitory, complete with shared washroom facilities.
Separate dormitories are provided for male and female participants.

Plan B: Quad Sharing

Price: ₹15,500 per head

Experience a cozy stay in our well-appointed 1 BHK apartments, designed for quad sharing (four occupants per apartment).
Separate apartments are designated for male and female participants.

Plan C: Double Sharing

Price: ₹17,500 per head
