Below, you’ll find three thoughtfully curated room categories, each offering a spacious, comfortable stay surrounded by the lush greenery of the Aravallis, the shimmering strand of Lake Bagela, and Yaan’s gently meandering mountain landscape.
Even the walk to your room is part of the experience. The staff at Yaan are warm and welcoming, and of course, our team will be there every step of the way to support you. And yes, you’re going to love the food.
Take your time to read through the details below carefully—you won’t want to miss any crucial detail before registering.
❀ Accommodation & Meals: Your lodging and meals will be provided from the morning of 1st August to the morning of 4th August (till breakfast) Please note that the food will be simple, sattvic, and welcoming.
❀ Timings: Check-in: 11 AM on August 1st | Check-out: 11:00 AM on August 4th. (Note: Early check-in before 11:00 AM on August 1st will be accommodated if the assigned room is available. Otherwise, guests may wait in the designated waiting area until their rooms are ready.)
❀ ID Proof: Kindly ensure you bring your Aadhaar or any other valid ID proof for check-in.
❀ Pre/Post-Retreat Bookings: If your travel plans require you to arrive before the retreat begins or stay on afterward, and you need to book your room accordingly, please reach out to us at info@rajasthankabiryatra.org. We’ll be happy to guide you.
❀ Additional Services/Meals: Any extra services or meals requested beyond what is provided by the retreat will be at your own expense and should be settled directly with the hotel.
❀ Dietary Restrictions: If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please inform us via email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
❀ Sway, Don’t Sway Away: To keep the retreat space respectful, vibrant, and grounded, smoking or drinking are prohibited during the three days retreat. We ask everyone to honor this spirit of connection and clarity—let’s keep the vibes high, naturally.
❀ Refund Policy: The contribution amount for registrations is non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event that the Retreat is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, the total amount paid will be fully refunded, excluding the payment gateway fees (2% of the total amount).
❀ Kids Policy: Children aged 0–5 years can join free of charge. Children aged 6–12 years are welcome at a rate of ₹6,000 per head for the whole retreat from August 1st to 3rd. Children above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged the full rate.
