Sharanam is not a hotel—it’s a community space built with earth, breathability, and togetherness at its heart. The architecture is fully sustainable, made with sundried mud bricks, surrounded by untouched greenery, and designed to feel open, light, and connected. We offer two stay options – Double-sharing rooms (₹25k per head) & Quad-sharing dorms (₹16k per head)
Life here is simple and community-oriented: heating rods instead of geysers, washing your own utensils, shared courtyards, and conversations that flow naturally with the day. If you come with an open heart for community living—less like a hotel, more like a warm, grounded, eco-friendly retreat—you’ll feel at home instantly.
(A small note about the rooms: the washrooms are not shared with everyone, but they are located just outside the rooms in a common lobby area. Each pair of rooms has its own pair of washrooms, so your washroom is separate—just not inside the room.)

☘ Accommodation & Meals: Your lodging and meals will be provided from the morning of 23rd January to the morning of 26th January (till breakfast) Please note that the food will be simple, sattvic, and welcoming.
☘ Timings: Check-in: 10 AM on January 23rd | Check-out: 11:00 AM on January 26th. (Note: Early check-in before 10 AM will be accommodated if the assigned room is available. Otherwise, guests may wait in the designated waiting area until their rooms are ready.)
☘ ID Proof: Kindly ensure you bring your Aadhaar or any other valid ID proof for check-in.
☘ Dietary Restrictions: If you have any specific dietary restrictions, please inform us via email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
☘ Sway, Don’t Sway Away: To keep the retreat space respectful, vibrant, and grounded, smoking or drinking are prohibited during the three days retreat. We ask everyone to honor this spirit of connection and clarity—let’s keep the vibes high, naturally.
☘ Refund Policy: The contribution amount for registrations is non-refundable. However, in the unlikely event that the Retreat is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, the total amount paid will be fully refunded, excluding the payment gateway fees (3.5% of the total amount).
☘ Kids Policy: Children aged 0–5 years can join free of charge. Children aged 6–12 years are welcome at 50% of the cost. Children above 12 years are considered adults and will be charged the full rate.
☘ Receipt: You will receive your receipt via SMS, which will contain a link to the PDF, within 2 business days of your payment. Please wait for the same for two days, If you do not receive it, please contact us at 9166648282.
