• Minimum suggested contribution for six days is 7,000 INR per person + 2% payment gateway fees (non-refundable but transferable). More voluntary contribution from your end will be appreciated as it will help us subsidize those who cannot contribute the full amount and will help us to meet other operational costs. Total Yatri donation can only cover 30% of the total expenses borne for the whole Yatra.
• We would be taking care of your food, accommodation and travel from 2nd morning – 8th night. Food and accommodation for 8th & 9th in Jaipur will be from your own. We will be arranging only the travel from the last destination to Jaipur. We can suggest budget friendly stay options in Jaipur.

• A confirmation/ rejection mail from RKY will be sent within a week to the yatris who’ve registered successfully. Only the confirmation mail will validate your entry to the yatra and not just the successful registration. In case of rejection, you’ll get the refund (except 2% payment gateway fees) and the receipt will no longer be valid.
• Schedule & Artist line-up can be changed at the last moment due to any unexpected situations. Make sure to check the same on the official website before coming to the Yatra.
• Since yatra is organized in border areas as well as sensitive areas, it is imperative that no-nonsense approach is followed in letter and spirit and participants adhere to a sanitized approach. They should not be in possession of any illegal, prohibited, dangerous or contraband material. Strict legal action will be taken on willful disobedience.
• The participant will give a voluntary disclosure about their criminal background if any (This will necessarily include all criminal cases pending or decided by the courts with decision). Dubious background may be subject to further character verification and lead to denial of registration. The discretion of the organizers will be final.
• The participant will be prohibited from venting any political/visceral /inflammatory discourse from the stage or precincts of the venues of yatra for which approval of this condition will be deemed to apply once anyone registers for this event. Strict action will taken for wilful disobedience.
• As the Yatra is stationed in rural regions, please remember that food, accommodation will be very basic i.e. only dormitories/ big halls with mattresses (on the floor) and blankets will be provided. Males and females will be provided with separate dormitories. Don’t forget to check ‘What to Bring’ section.
• We shall be travelling by bus from Udaipur to the villages. However, if you are joining in the middle of the Yatra, you would have to reach the respective village on your own (do check the schedule before joining in the middle of the Yatra). You can access Yatra location by Google map for directions to the village.
• Any inappropriate behavior/ abusive language /unnecessary or violent action will not be entertained by the organizer. The organizer has full rights to dismiss any person during the Yatra if they found guilty.
• The RKY has a zero tolerance policy towards alcohol/drugs. Any Yatri found guilty of possession and/or consumption of these items will be expelled from the Yatra.
• We request you not to carry any valuables or excessive money during Yatra. In case of any mishappening, organizers will not be responsible.
• Yatra food and stay are co-sponsored by the host village’s communities and we highly respect their willingness to host us. As we will be staying in places like community halls and temples, we request you to kindly avoid wearing short or sleeveless clothes to avoid hurting the sentiments of local villagers. Public display of affection is henceforth prohibited.
• Any false information or undertaking will lead to disqualification to attend the program.
• All rights regarding the registration are reserved with RKY.
• यात्रा से जुड़ने के लिए छः दिनों की न्यूनतम दान राशि 7000 रूपये तथा 2 प्रतिशत पेमेंन्ट गेटवे फीस रखी गयी है जो रजिस्ट्रेशन निरस्त करने की स्थिति में वापस नहीं दिया जायेगा। आप अगर ज्यादा डोनेशन देना चाहते हैं तो हमें खुशी होगी जो हमें उन यात्रियों को जोड़ने में मदद करेगा जो किन्हीं कारणों से न्यूनतम डोनेशन नहीं दे सकते। इसके अलावा यात्रा से जुड़े अन्य खर्चों को पूरा करने में भी मदद मिलेगी। यात्रियों के कुल डोनेशन राशि से यात्रा का महज 30 प्रतिशत खर्चा ही निकल पाता है।
• हम यात्रियों के रहने, खाने एवं स्थानीय यात्रा की व्यवस्था 2 अक्टूबर सुबह से 7 अक्टूबर रात तक कर रहे हैं। अगर आप 8 और 9 अक्टूबर को जयपुर के कार्यक्रम में जुड़ रहे हैं तो जयपुर में आपको अपने स्तर पर रहने, खाने एवं स्थानीय यात्रा की व्यवस्था करनी होगी। जयपुर तक पंहुचाने की व्यवस्था की जायेगी। हम आपके लिए सस्ते और सुलभ विकल्प सुझा रहे हैं।

• RKY की तरफ से एक पुष्टिकरण (कन्फर्मेशन) ई-मेल सभी रजिस्टर्ड यात्रियों को एक हफ्ते के अंदर भेजा जायेगा। पुष्टिकरण (कन्फर्मेशन) ई-मेल ही इसी बात की पुष्टि करेगा कि आपको यात्रा में आने के लिए चयनित किया गया है. अगर किसी कारण से आपका पंजीकरण आयोजकों द्वारा स्वीकार नहीं किया जाता तो आपको सूचित कर दिया जायेगा और आपके अनुदान की राशि लौटा दी जाएगी (2% पेमेंट गेटवे की फीस का भुगतान नहीं किया जायेगा)
• स्थानीय परिस्थितियों को देखते हुए यात्रा एवं कलाकारों के कार्यक्रम में अंतिम समय में फेरबदल संभव है। आपसे निवेदन है कि यात्रा में जुड़ने से पहले हमारी वेबसाईट पर नवीनतम जानकारी अवश्य देख लें।
• यात्रा का पड़ाव कभी कभी सीमावृति क्षेत्रों में भी होता है इसलिए किसी भी यात्री द्वारा गैर जिम्मेदाराना और असंवेदनशील रवैया अपनाया गया जैसे गैर क़ानूनी, निषिद्ध, खतरनाक या वर्जित सामग्री का पाया जाना तो उसके खिलाफ क़ानूनी कार्यवाही अमल में लायी जाएगी।
• आप यात्रा का फॉर्म भरते समय इस बात की पुष्टि कर रहे हैं कि आपका कोई आपराधिक रिकॉर्ड नहीं है। अगर ऐसा पाया गया तो आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन निरस्त कर दिया जायेगा। आयोजकों का निर्णय अंतिम एवं मान्य होगा।
• यात्रा अधिकांशतः ग्रामीण इलाकों में ही आयोजित होती है इसलिए वहां खाना, रहने की व्यवस्था बहुत ही साधारण ही होगी। सोने के लिए सामुदायिक भवन, स्कूल, धर्मशाला अथवा कॉलेज इत्यादि में व्यवस्था की जायेगी। महिलाओं एवं पुरूषों के ठहरने के लिए अलग अलग व्यवस्था की जायेगी। आप यात्रा में आने से पहले वेबसाईट पर ‘What to Bring’ देखना ना भूलें।
• हम उदयपुर से गांवो के लिए बसों में यात्रा करेगें। अगर आप यात्रा के बीच में जुड़ना चाहते हैं तो आपको अपने स्तर पर निर्धारित गांव में पंहुचना होगा। इसके लिए आप यात्रा कार्यक्रम को अवश्य देखें। आप यात्रा लोकेशन के लिए गूगल मेप से गांव तक पहुंच सकते हैं।
आपातकाल की स्थिति में आप इस नंबर पर कॉल कर सकते है।
• किसी भी तरह का दुर्व्यवहार, अपमानजक भाषा, गाली गलौच या किसी भी तरह की हिंसक गतिविधी स्वीकार्य नहीं होगी। ऐसा पाया जाने पर आयोजकों को किसी भी यात्री को यात्रा से बेदखल करने का अधिकार रहेगा।
• किसी भी तरह का धूम्रपान और शराब इत्यादि का सेवन यात्रा में पूर्ण रूप से निषेध है। इन वस्तुओं को रखने और/या उपभोग करने का दोषी पाए जाने वाले किसी भी यात्री को यात्रा से निष्कासित कर दिया जाएगा।
• आपसे निवेदन है कि यात्रा में अपने साथ मंहगी वस्तुएं और अनावश्यक नगदी ना रखें। किसी भी तरह की दुर्घटना के लिए आयोजक जिम्मेदार नहीं होगें।
• यात्रा में रहने और खाने की व्यवस्था ग्रामीण समुदाय मिल जुल कर करते हैं और हमें उनकी इस भावना का सम्मान करना होगा। हम ग्रामीण इलाकों में ही रहेगें इसलिए आपसे निवेदन है कि आप उनकी भावनाओं का ख्याल रखते हुए गरिमामय वेश भूषा ही पहनें। सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर गरिमामय व्यवहार की अपेक्षा आपसे रहेगी।
• किसी भी गलत सूचना या स्वयं पुष्टिकरण में त्रुटि आपको कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिए रोक सकती है।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन से सम्बंधित समस्त अधिकार राजस्थान कबीर यात्रा के पास सुरक्षित हैं।
