RetreatNew – RKY
Milo Re Milo...

A 3-day musical satsang retreat Reunion in monsoon-drenched Udaipur,
reuniting those who have been part of the Kahat Kabir journey over the years.

Meet someone from my land

“मिलो रे मिलो रे कोई म्हारे देश रा,
दो दो बातां करांगां जी”
– Gorakhnath

This verse was written by Gorakhnath, but it feels as if Kabir must have sung it — a call to meet not just another person, but someone from a land we carry within us. A land the saints sought after burning their old homes, rising like smoke in search of a country (देश), where there is no element, no quality, no birth, no death — a place beyond the usual measures of existence. What a mysterious place that must have been. This satsang retreat is an invitation to that very land — a quiet, playful, and soulfully strange space, where a few heartfelt conversations — दो दो बातां  — can open unseen doors.

Waiting for you ~

SACRED SCHEDULE

Day 1: Homecoming & Heart Opening

Guests begin to arrive through the morning—some early, some just in time—each bringing their own pace, energy, and presence. There’s no rush. We settle in slowly, explore the space, share a cup of tea, and start to gently connect.

After a nourishing lunch, we gather to mark the beginning of the retreat with a warm welcome and opening circle. It’s our way of arriving fully and weaving ourselves into this divine flow.

Day 2: Stepping into Immersion

Inhale & arrived! The faces around us now feel familiar, the space a little more like home. Morning begins with a fresh hour of ध्यान & योग.

From there, the day opens wide. We dive into experiences that stir the senses and awaken the spirit—satsangs, rituals, sharings, and the moments in between—each one designed to deepen our connection with ourselves and each other.

It’s a day of being, from भजन to आनंद नृत्य—no rush, just presence. One moment at a time, the retreat unfolds.

Day 3: Excurse to the songs of road

Step beyond the retreat space and into the heart of rural life as we journey to a nearby village steeped in the living tradition of Satsang. We’ll travel to meet local वाणी गायक for an authentic Satsang experience—carriers of the oral legacy of Kabir’s poetry and wisdom.

The final day culminates in a soul-stirring evening of musical performances.

Day 4: Waves of goodbye hugs!

As the final morning unfolds, there’s a quiet sense of completion in the air. Some sit in silent reflection, eyes soft with gratitude. Others move gently between final conversations, their voices low and heartfelt. There are long, lingering hugs—warm embraces that say more than words ever could.
