Latif Khan is a folk artist from the Manganiyar community of Jaisindhar village in Barmer, Rajasthan, near the Indo-Pak border. Deeply rooted in the musical legacy of his ancestors, he sings Sufi and Bhakti poetry with remarkable depth and soul. Alongside serving in the BSF, he continues to carry forward his heritage purely out of passion, away from the world of social media and commercial fame. Recently acknowledged by the lead cast of Border 2, Latif Khan remains one of Rajasthan’s hidden gems, offering listeners an intimate experience of music, stories, and desert traditions.
